Rangers-Canadiens post game

The Canadiens looked to tie the series up with a win over the Rangers and it started good for the Canadiens with early Max Pacioretty goal to get the Bell Center rocking to make it 1-0, but then the Rangers answered with a goal with a Ryan Mcdonagh wrist shot and tied the game at 1. Later in the first period The Rangers scored again with a Rick Nash Blast to make it 2-1 Rangers after 1.

The Canadiens look to regroup from period 1 but it didn't work their plan the Rangers answered again in the second period then St.. Louis scored a wrist shot to put a it 2 a goal lead 3-1 and that score stands through the rest of the period.

The Canadiens look to comeback from a 3-1 lead and early in the third the Canadiens had chances but King Hank continues to be a Brick wall in this series to say no to anything the Canadiens do and they couldn't get one past him in the third and the score standed at 3-1 to take a 2-0 series lead.

The Canadiens will try to win the next 2 games in New York City because they want the series to be tied against the Rangers. Carey Price is out for the rest of the Rangers - Canadiens series and hopefully he will be back soon. Todarski played great in nets for his first official  NHL Playoff start against New York. One question remains unanswered at the moment : Who will start for the Canadiens in Game 3 for the Canadiens on Thursday?

Carey Price & the Montreal Canadiens against New York Rangers Pre - Game

Carey Price Update & The Habs against The Rangers Pre-Game

Carey Price is out for the rest of the series with a knee injury.Dustin Todarski will get the start tonight against the New York Rangers at the Bell Centre tonight. Let's hope that the Montreal Canadiens get a win tonight at home at the Bell Centre before they head down to New York City in a couple of days. Carey Price might be back in the next series if the Montreal Canadiens move onto the Stanley Cup Finals. Let's keep our fingers crossed for Carey Price's speedy recovery. Todarski will be playing in his first ever NHL game with the Canadiens tonight against the New York Rangers.

Galchenyuk is playingin Game 2 tonight and he is replacing Bournival in the lineup tonight. There is only one question that remains unanswered : Will the Canadiens bounce back from Saturday's loss ? . In net at the other end of the ice , New York Rangers is starting Henrik Lundqvist.  There are 5 keys to Game #2 for the Canadiens tonight : 1)  Wayne Gretzky has always said you always miss 100 percent of the shots but Gretzky was right. The Canadiens have imminent success when outshooting their opponent.  2) Henrik Lundqvist's Save Percentage is so much similar to Carey Price's. 3) The Canadiens have to watch out for the Rangers' top players. 4) The Canadiens have to start off the week strong and don't give up too many goals or giveaways. 5) Back in 1979, the Canadiens were downing the Rangers before besting against the Flames a decade later.About 76 percent of the time , the Canadiens jumped onto the opposition before they were given a tilt.
